Lactantia Butter from Lactalis Canada was losing sales to the less expensive [and tasting] liquid gold, as the movie goers’ choice for popcorn topping at Cineplex Odeon Theatres.

Stir developed a unique and relevant staff incentive program. It included all employees from the sales staff, the projection team and the ones who picked up the popcorn. The intent was to create a team like competition, and synergy, where all had a chance to win prizes for the triumphant team that sold the most Lactantia Butter topping.

The custom team incentive program and POS which increased staff attention and percentage of sales was so successful; the strategy had many more 5 Star sequels.
